Mr. Steinberg is an associate of the firm. His practice areas include personal injury claims, wrongful death, and an array of tort claims. Prior to joining Maltzman Foreman, Mr. Steinberg actively participated in complex civil actions against large pharmaceutical corporations and manufacturers of products containing asbestos. Mr. Steinberg began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. During his tenure at the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Steinberg represented indigent clients accused of committing crimes punishable up to life in prison and gained extensive litigation experience, including trying over 25 jury trials to verdict.

In his spare time, Mr. Steinberg plays percussion for the Alhambra Symphony Orchestra during some of its concert series. Mr. Steinberg also participates in outdoor sports, running both the 2010 ING Half Marathon and the 2010 Miami Beach 13.1 in less than two hours.
