Mr. Gardner was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1981 and the California Bar in 1982. He has been a litigator defending against personal injury claims almost all of his legal career. For the last seventeen years he has been a senior trial attorney at Allstate Insurance. Mr. Gardner is a senior litigator and has conducted more than 60 jury trials and 50 bench trials.
