Darren Friedman is a founding partner and principal at Maltzman Foreman. He has ample experience in general civil and appellate litigation. His practice has focused on defending shipowners and other entities against class actions, medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury, sexual assault, and all types of tort litigation. He routinely handles matters involving vessel documentation, cabotage, ship's mortgages, vessel arrests, and proceedings under the U.S. Limitation of Liability Act. Furthermore, Mr. Friedman often provides advice and litigates matters that involve complex statutory and regulatory regimes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
