Mr. Tracy is a contract associate who handles the firm's maritime and insurance defense matters primarily in Palm Beach County and at Port Canaveral.  He handles a wide array of maritime issues, including personal and property casualty claims. He also served as contract attorney for the State of South Carolina in the civil prosecution of child abuse and neglect cases. His successful private practice litigation experience includes motions and jury trial experience from 1996 to the present. He also served as trustee for Cayman Island trusts from 1988 to 1994.
