Ms. Rosenthal is a dynamic and accomplished litigator. Her practice areas include general litigation, trial practice, white collar and computer litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, maritime personal injury claims involving passengers and crew, sexual assault, and all types of tort litigation as well as proceedings under the U.S. Limitation of Liability Act.

Before coming to work for Maltzman Foreman, Ms. Rosenthal was an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. While at the State Attorney’s Office, she handled cases involving complex white collar, economic, and computer crimes. She was a founding member of the State Attorney’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit. Her position allowed her to work alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Secret Service, the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Florida Division of Financial Services, and the Florida Department of Insurance Fraud. Ms. Rosenthal also had the privilege of working in the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York and the Office of the Honorable Beatrice Shainswit, Justice of the Supreme Court of New York’s Complex Commercial Division as part of internship programs.

Furthermore, Ms. Rosenthal is involved with her Miami-Dade County community. She is a member of the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami, mentor to high school students in schools programs, and she has served as a judge in Mock Trial competitions for both high school and law school students.
