Ms. Medina, a partner in Maltzman Foreman’s insurance coverage division, has ample experience in general civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout Florida. She has represented a wide variety of national and international clients in the evaluation and defense of first party and third party insurance claims.

Her practice focuses on the investigation and defense of first party homeowners’ insurance claims, insurance coverage, third party insurance defense, bad faith litigation, appraisal and mediation. In addition, she has litigation experience in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Real Estate, Criminal Defense and Family Law.
