Ms. Dubey is an associate in the property insurance defense coverage division of Maltzman Foreman.  Ms. Dubey has experience in handling a wide variety of first party and third party civil defense litigation including SIU/fraud investigations, premises liability, bodily injury, automobile accident liability and coverage investigations.  Prior to joining Maltzman Foreman, Ms. Dubey gained experience litigating cases involving wrongful death, uninsured motorist coverage, personal injury protection, slip and fall claims and insurance fraud.  She is responsible for handling insurance defense claims with an emphasis on first party homeowner and corporate claims related to hurricane, water, theft and fire losses.
