Raquel is an associate in the firm’s maritime division. Her practice areas include personal injury claims, wrongful death, and all types of tort claims involving passengers and crew. While a student at the University of Miami, Raquel gained valuable hands on litigation experience serving as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Defender’s Office in Miami, Florida.

In addition, Raquel is involved in her community. Raquel is a volunteer of the Miami-Dade Guardian Ad Litem Program, helping protect the rights of abused, neglected, or otherwise at-risk children.
